Struture:
1) surface coating: We have finished and unfinished wood flooring, if the finished engineered wood flooring, the painting is UV anti-scratch with seven base coats and two top coats.
2) Top veneer , base plywood with multilayer and the bottom layer. The top layer is from 0.2mm to 6mm.The middle layer is the chinese base plywood.
Size:
RL or1890 or 2200*125/120/220/260*10/15/19/21mm. Also can follow the clients requirements
Features:
1) MC: 8%-12%
2) Joints: Tongue and groove with micro-bevel.
3) Grades: All grades available.
4) Flooring base: MLH and poplar mixed
5) E-1 glue
6) Physical: T&G,Bevel edge
The top species we also use :
Oak, Maple, Black Walnut, Ash, Teak, Cherry, Merbau, Sapele, Mahogany, Jatoba, Balsamo, etc. Or as per the clients' requirements
